This is the Standard Header Image.

Settings are in Appearance > Theme Options > Main Options > Header > Header Image.
It can be replaced on individual pages using a featured image and "How to display page FI on this page" drop down list in the Xtreme options for this page.

This is the Info Bar (Menus option page)→Automatic Updates

Plugin Licensing enables Automatic Updates – As long as your Weaver Xtreme Plus plugin remains activated, the standard WordPress plugin update process will detect when new updates are available, and Weaver Xtreme Plus will be updated just like your other plugins.
