Settings are in Appearance > Theme Options > Main Options > Menus > Primary Menu Bar > Right HTML.

This is the Header HTML area.

Settings are in Appearance > Theme Options > Main Options > Header > Header HTML.

This is the Standard Header Image.

Settings are in Appearance > Theme Options > Main Options > Header > Header Image.
It can be replaced on individual pages using a featured image and "How to display page FI on this page" drop down list in the Xtreme options for this page.
